This is a recreation of the Hulk Annual #1. Steranko drew the cover but someone didn't like the face he drew of the Hulks face so they had Marie Severin redraw the face. This is unique in that it features the original Steranko face... which I think looks just fine! In fact it is a bit more fierce in my opinion.
